it depends… have you ever attended college?
if you haven’t, you can probably applied to the FAFSA (free application for student aid) and get some grants, work study, or loans.
if you have already attending college, you could do the same thing if you apply for a graduate program. i think (but don’t hold me to it) you can do it as well for a second BA degree, but you might only get loans.
regardless, you can give it a shot. btw, it also depends on how much you made the previous year. the FAFSA has a section where you put down your tax info. the dept of ed will use that information and input it in a formula to find your EFC (expect family contribution) or basically how much they think you can put towards your education.
