Do You Agree With Bush’s Strategy Of Negotiating With (and Hiring) Terrorists In Iraq?

The U.S. has been making deals with Sunni insurgents, as well as employing them as impromptu militias.
These are the same insurgents that were, in many cases, recently attacking U.S. troops, and were being called “terrorists” by the administration.
Do you believe this strategy of negotiating with, and even employing, terrorists is a good one?

This is exactly why the U.S. should not use mercenaries instead of our military in wars. What is to prevent our enemies from buying their loyalty? Nothing. They aren’t held accountable for anything they do. With that said, I am glad it seems to be working at this time. Question is, how long will we have to pay them so they won’t turn on us again?
notice that we hired osama and sadaam in previous years
If it is working then great. I have thought negotiating would have worked better from the beginning…better late than never.
Sadly, I say yes. This is what should have been doing from the beginning. Remember, one person’s terrorist is another’s freedom fighter.
Sure, why not?
Its funny how you can flip flop freedom fighters to terrorists and vise versa.
