there’s no particular place for that! you can find such kinda jewelery in small retail stores dotted across karachi. check out meena bazar, clifton beach area (where they sell sea-shell jewelery), gulf mall or tariq road. as far as the ‘wholesalers’ are concerned i dont think there are any. and even they do exist, they wud probably be in the Sarrafa Bazaar in saddar. do check sarrafa bazaar if u want to have a look.

oh and read ur last question too.. um.. why dont u just talk it over with ur hubby!? taweez and stuff is haram!! such stuff shud be avoided. although asking some saint to pray on your behalf and provide u with some QUranic verses is fine, most of these ‘peers’ you will find are fake. real ones dont really publicize themselves like that nor do they work for a profit!
buy some religious books (available at most bookstores and religious publication centers) that have Quranic verses for various problems and trust in Allah.
