Electronic Products In Stock?

It seems like Best Buy, Gamestop, etc. are always out of stock on things (like wiis). How often do they order new things for their stores? and how many?

I want to bring Electronic Products from U.K and sel them in my shop so what are the rules and taxes (How Much) i have to pay.

Actually, electonic items don’t expire for a long long time…
but, if you meant out of date or out of fashion, or in simple words, new models are in, they make promortions and huge discounts to get rid of the old stuff somehow, even at loss, ‘cauz if they don’t sell them, they would get nothing, not even what they get by selling at loss…

Do You Recycle Old Electronic Products?

I keep meaning to ….
I take old cell phones back to the service provider (ATT).
I accumulate old computers in the basement … I’m going to go through them, wipe the hard drives, and post them on Freecycle.
Stuff that’s hopelessly broken and useless, I take to the electronic recycling/dump area of my county’s solid waste facility.

I am planning to start an online shopping portal in India. I am wondering how to get the consumer products (like cellphones, electronic products etc) in wholesale rate or directly from manufacturers.
I tried to contact a few companies by emailing to their sales team ids, but no response.
Do I have to contact the wholesale/national dealers of these companies? How to find out about them?
Any suggestion/information is most welcome.

I like to sell a product that can compliment electronic products that these stores carry. I would like to find out how I can go about having the stores carry my product. Do they normally just rent a part of the shelf space they have or do they actually buy the product so that they can sell it themselves? Either way how can I get started in doing this? Also are there companies who help in getting me started without charging a lot of money?

Cameras, Camcorders, Cell Phones, PDA’s & Handhelds are just a few of the items that I am interested in obtaining in lots of 50+. (Refurbished To New Items) from a reliable Individual, Company, or Organization.

No! Many manufacturers make different models available only at walmart. I think this is in part due to the demands walmart has on keeping prices down. I am in the industry and I know for a fact that RCA tvs sold at walmart are no where near the quality of the “same” set sold at other retailers.

this is particularly hard, due to the advent of the World Wide Web since there are so many venders available to buy from, clearly reliability is in question.
also which electronic products should be purchased new vs. old
should there be a return policy? if so, with which types of products
Lastly, is state-of-the-art necessarily better? what are the “limits” on how old or obsolete a product should be before it needs replacement?
