I am building an online community, but want to define a marketing strategy that is relevant to this. I dont think normal/ traditional advertising will work. Can anyone tell me what the best marketing strategy is to adopt (i.e. what works, what doesn’t – and why), and point me in the right direction to be able to build the strategy (e.g. who are the acknowledged experts out there, where can i get reference materials, are there proven websites or textbooks that consider this). You know, the usual stuff…
