Since out-sourcing has been the main strategy for many major corporates to cut cost and compete with other cheaper companies around the world, what are your constructive/informed/educated/sincere suggestions for the working people in this country who are fearing of losing their jobs eventually?
What are your visions of re-shaping the work force in this country so that able, talented, dedicated workers can make a decent living and have relative job security?

My friends and I have friendly fights that we call bodying. I’m the 2nd toughest and I have beaten people up to 30 pounds heavier. On Monday I’m bodying the toughest and biggest person. I’m 12 years old and when we fight we only throw puches to the body. NOBODY has gotten hurt from bodying. Do you have any tips for throwing harder and faster punches and any good strategies? I am just getting into stock trading and have red a few books. Or actually, I am still in the process of reading a few good books. I have an idea of my stock strategy, but would like to know the best discount broker for this strategy.
My strategy is basically a growth and value investing strategy. With this trading strategy I will likely buy/sell a few stocks per month. Definitely not day trading. I might buy some stocks that fit my criteria and then also buy more of that same stock when it goes down in price and still meets my criteria.
I will also probably not use my broker for most of my research, but an outside source. So really I just need a broker strictly for the trading. So I am wondering what the best “bang for my buck” would be in this situation.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

WASHINGTON (Jan. 2) – The presidential campaign strategy for former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani includes a $100 million fundraising target for this year.
The paper said an anonymous source obtained the document after it was left behind on a campaign trip in 2006, though Giuliani spokeswoman Sunny Mindel told the paper the “suspicious activity” was a dirty campaign trick.
The schedule includes a plan to raise at least $100 million in 2007 by reeling in big Republican donors like Fred Smith, the CEO of FedEx, the paper reported. Smith is already supporting Senator John McCain ’s bid.
The document also predicts some $100 million could be spent against Giuliani to highlight political vulnerabilities like his three marriages and moderate stances on social issues, including gun control and gay rights.

The strongest attacks against the Democrat Candidate come from his Democrat opponent in the Primaries? The Republicans are gaining ground using her words. Obama did not apply the same tactics and mostly responded to her misspeaks. It will be sad if her primary strategy causes the party to lose the Presidency.
