1. Lack of trained professionals
2. Lack of established quality standards
3. Service guarantee mechanism is absent
4. Weak in Marketing
5. Indistinctive product design
6. Insufficient government support
You can also surmise that the slump in global economy has impacted hospitality industry as well and room occupancy in hotels has suffered in 2008-09, forcing the hotels to rethink their business strategy.

Then too, not seeing the business, you don’t see if it is taking proper care of the medicines. Your pills may be in clean bottles, but what about the counting trays, or the clean hands (or lack of) that handles things (oops, dropped some on the floor, no matter, I’ll pick them up with my fingers, wipe them clean on my shirt, but I’ve got an itch in my nose, I’ve got to run my fingers through my hair to get it out of my eyes after bending down to pick up the pills–it doesn’t matter, no one is watching). Then too, you don’t know how old the pills are. I used to live near Mexico and people could go down there and get all kinds of medicines really cheap. There was a report, however, that one company sold their out-of-date medicine to a Mexican company to dispose of, and that may have wound up on shelves so we cheap Americans would pay them for old medicine, thinking it was fresh.
